Integrating Your CRM to Service Hero 360

Integrating your CRM to Service Hero 360 can assist in keeping your company databases organized and up to date. Follow the instructions relevant to your software.

Service Titian: You will need to locate your Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.

House Call Pro: You will need to locate your API Key.

Sera: You will need to locate your API Key. Login to Sera -> go to the Company tab -> go to marketplace and turn on which integrations you would like to add -> hit copy API key and it will give you the key.

ServiceFusion: You will need to either create a Zapier connection to LeadConnector yourself, or create a user account within ServiceFusion with our email [email protected]. Once completed, send the login credentials over to [email protected] and we'll set up the integration.

Jobber: You will need to either create a Zapier connection to LeadConnector yourself, or create a user account within Jobber with our email [email protected]. Once completed, send the login credentials over to [email protected] and we'll set up the integration.

Once you've obtained the necessary information, send it over to [email protected] and we'll build out that integration!

Don't see your CRM listed? Reach out to your customer service rep and ask if you have an API Key and if they are partnered with Zapier. For most integration partners, this is all that is necessary to set up the connection!
