It's important when creating your voicemail that you create an engaging message that makes the customer feel as though they just missed your call. Try not to sound too robotic! Have someone at your office who is used to leaving a lot of voicemails do the recording. Below are some suggestions to get you started on the right path, but definitely change these up to fit your business!
Tip: Allow for a 6 second delay before recording your vm. This stops your voicemail from getting cut off at the beginning of your message. (Always test your automation first to verify what you're customers will be receiving. There are a lot of easy online editors for mp3's if you need to add more time at the beginning!)
