Recommended to “add new and skip existing based on email and phone” (to avoid duplicate contacts)
Add tags to separate your customer list easily (you can import tags directly off of spreadsheet as a field in the “mapping” step if you have them on your customer lists)
Start Drip Campaign
Select contacts you want added to campaign - Recommended you start testing with a small group of contacts
Select add to “Workflow/Campaign” (Robot icon)
Choose workflow
Add in drip mode (best for a consistent flow of business)
Action- description of what you’re doing
Choose start date
Batch Quantity- How many people are added to workflow at time
Repeat after- How often batches are added to a workflow (Dependent on what your office can handle)
Select operating hours for workflow (Recommended M-F during your business hours, ending slightly before to give people an opportunity to reach out)
Add to Campaign or workflow- Start the campaign!
