Upload your contacts

  • Match up the fields to your spreadsheets columns

  • Recommended to “add new and skip existing based on email and phone” (to avoid duplicate contacts)

  • Add tags to separate your customer list easily (you can import tags directly off of spreadsheet as a field in the “mapping” step if you have them on your customer lists)

Start Drip Campaign

  • Select contacts you want added to campaign - Recommended you start testing with a small group of contacts

  • Select add to “Workflow/Campaign” (Robot icon)

    1. Choose workflow

    2. Add in drip mode (best for a consistent flow of business)

    3. Action- description of what you’re doing

    4. Choose start date

    5. Batch Quantity- How many people are added to workflow at time

    6. Repeat after- How often batches are added to a workflow (Dependent on what your office can handle)

    7. Select operating hours for workflow (Recommended M-F during your business hours, ending slightly before to give people an opportunity to reach out)

    8. Add to Campaign or workflow- Start the campaign!

You’ve started your first campaign!
