EX: Furnace tune-up campaign
Assign your dispatcher - Will the workload be split evenly or unevenly?
Add your company’s voicemail - Make sure this sounds organic
Verify text message is what you want - Think about changing name from {{user.first name}} to the name of person who left voicemail for continuity’s sake
Test message by sending to yourself
Verify email is what you want

Verify 2nd text is what you want
Test entire workflow to ensure it’s running through correctly
When satisfied everything looks good, publish workflow.
