Check your Email and SMS templates under the Marketing tab

  • Do your text templates reflect your company voice?

    • Make changes as you see fit

  • Do your emails reflect your company’s services, voice, image?

    • Make changes as you see fit.

Edit workflows under Automation tab to fit your business

  • Make changes anywhere there are red XX’s

EX: Furnace tune-up campaign

  1. Assign your dispatcher - Will the workload be split evenly or unevenly?

  2. Add your company’s voicemail - Make sure this sounds organic

  3. Verify text message is what you want - Think about changing name from {{user.first name}} to the name of person who left voicemail for continuity’s sake

    1. Test message by sending to yourself

  4. Verify email is what you want

    1. Test message by sending to yourself

  5. Verify 2nd text is what you want

  6. Test entire workflow to ensure it’s running through correctly

  7. When satisfied everything looks good, publish workflow.
